Ovaltine light is made with the wholesome goodness of barley malt and cocoa. It is the delicious flavour you love, but with 30 Percent less fat than standard malted drinks. It is an excellent source of Iron and Vitamin A, C, D and B12- making Ovaltine great for supporting normal function of the immune system. Just add hot water! We recommend adding 4 teaspoons of Ovaltine to 200 ml of water, as a lighter alternative to hot milk.
